I don't buy online much at all, However, Online or B&M when I'm looking to buy somethign ESP the kids things I always go and check their Customer Reviews. Bes ttip I can give ANYONE wanting to buy soemthign for the 1st time is to do this, By doing this I have been more careful of the choices I've made with items....

I just have o comment that I bought a book from one of he amazon sellers and it never arrived, I tried to contact the seller with no responce so I contacted amazon o lodge a complaint about the seller, within 5 days amazon its self refunded all of my money including shipping! it's great to know they even stand behind their sellers

One of the best out there. I do however when I am looking for something here narrow it down to see if Amazon is a seller as this is often the only way to get free shipping.

The majority of my order will not arrive by xmas even though i ordered dec. 7 and it wall all supposed to arrive on time. I am so aggravated with them. customer service was good when the price for a camera i bought went down they credited my charge card with the difference.

I love Amazon! They have some of the best prices and free shipping is easy to get. Customer Service is also very good and returns are handled quickly and painlessly.

I always check with Amazon first before purchasing from another online store. Pricing is good, free shipping with MOST purchases $25 or more and, if you need to return something, it couldn't be simpler! My first choice for online shopping!

Thought I would pop by and add a comment about Amazon, since I've used it so much this year for my Christmas shopping. I used to have the Prime membership, but it costs about $79 for a year and although I'm sure I got my money's worth, I've found a lot of the items are free shipping with $25 purchase and I can usually find $25 worth of items to purchase. The return policy is great - go online - fill out a questionnaire about why you want to return something and then just print out the return label. It does, however, take a good 2-3 weeks to see your credit. One more tip - if you see something on Amazon that is a great price you need to get it then - a lot of the times Amazon will sell out, or just as bad, they raise the price. These can happen in a matter of hours. You'll look at an item in the morning...think about it...a go back at lunch time to get it and it's sold out.
